Contracts & Financing

Is there an upfront payment required for contracts?

No upfront payment is required! We only require collateral arrangement (either a Bank Guarantee or 50% deposit) before project commencement. You can start your project without paying anything upfront.

What are the collateral options?

You have two options:
1. Unconditional Bank Guarantee for the full contract amount, OR
2. 50% of the total contract value as a cash deposit
Both options provide the same security and come with our full service guarantee.

What if I cannot provide a Bank Guarantee?

You can provide 50% of the contract value as a cash deposit instead. This serves as collateral security for the duration of your 12-month contract period.

How long are the payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 12 months with equal monthly installments. You receive a clear schedule showing all 12 payment dates and amounts upfront, with no surprises.

Are monthly payments fixed?

Yes, all monthly payments are fixed and equal. Your payment amount doesn't change throughout the 12-month period. This makes budgeting predictable and easy.

What happens after I complete all payments?

Once final payment is received and the contract is fulfilled, your collateral (Bank Guarantee or deposit) is released back to you immediately. You'll receive confirmation and documentation of release.

Is there a penalty for early payment?

No penalties at all! We welcome early payments. You can settle your account ahead of schedule without any additional charges or fees.
